Any payments or cost-sharing arrangements are between drivers and passengers. GoToGo is not responsible for handling payments unless explicitly stated within the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoToGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
